There is nothing better than a fabulous BLT with Country Smoke House Sugar Cured Bacon! If you are a bacon lover like we are, you MUST try Country Smoke House Bacon! We hand rub each slab of bacon with our unique blend of savory seasonings. Each slab is tumbled in an enclosed rotating chamber to massage the flavors deep into the meat by using a vacuum suction. The slabs are then laid to rest to cure for four days. Finally the bacon is slow smoked over natural hardwood embers for 18 hours, forcing our special seasonings & natural smoke to penetrate deeper into the each slab, enhancing the flavor to peak perfection.  It doesn’t get better than this folks!! A package of Sugar Cured Bacon weighs 1.25 lb.
