Beef Cheddar Cheese Salami begins it’s journey as premium hand selected cuts of beef. We delicately season the beef cuts with a house made blend of spices and then they’re tossed with premium cheddar cheese. Finally our salamis are carefully hung in our smokehouse over natural hardwood embers for hours until perfection is achieved.

Venison Jalapeno Flake Salami is prepared with premium cuts of venison from farm raised whitetail deer. We blend the meat cuts with our own blend of seasonings and spices and toss them with fresh flakes of jalapeno pepper.
