Elk Cherry Cheddar Salami is a local and national favorite as it plays host to plump, Michigan Cherries and premium cheddar cheese. Our Elk Cherry Cheddar Salami is prepared in a similar fashion to our other award winning salami varieties as it is mixed with our house made blend of salami spices and smoked for six hours in our smokehouse.
