Elk Cherry Cheddar Snack Sticks are a fan favorite as they not only taste fantastic but we use plump, Michigan cherries from Traverse City, MI and premium cheddar cheese from Pinconning, MI. Our Elk Cherry Cheddar Snack Sticks are prepared in a similar fashion to our other award winning snack stick varieties as it is mixed with our house made blend of secret spices and smoked for six hours in our smokehouse over natural hardwoods.

Elk Jalapeno Pepper Snack Sticks cater to those with a taste for heat! We hand select premium cuts of elk meat, add fresh jalapeno flakes to kick them up a notch and toss them with our special spice blend. As always, we finish the snack sticks in the smoker over natural hardwoods until perfection is reached!

Elk Snack Sticks start with lean cuts of premium elk meat. We delicately season them with our homemade blend of spices and then carefully hang the snack sticks in our smokehouse over natural hardwoods for hours. Elk meat is naturally low in fat and cholesterol but packed with protein making this a healthy snack on-the-go!
