Detroit Coney Bake
Ingredients 1 pkg Old Fashion Viennas 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese 1 pkg pizza dough 1 tbsp Venison Chili Seasoning 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese 2 cans coney chili 1/2 cup chopped onions Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Open pizza dough and cut length wise, wrap each vienna with dough overlapping so none of the vienna is exposed. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes. Place opened cans of chili in a 9×6 baking dish and cover the bottom. Place baked viennas on chili and cover with cheese. Place back in oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with onions.

Baked Penne Pasta with Italian Chicken Sausage
Ingredients 1 pkg CSH Italian Chicken Sausage 1 large jar tomato sauce 1 cup chicken stock 1 lb dry penne pasta 1 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1 oz fresh basil 1 oz olive oil 1 tsp fresh chopped garlic Directions Cook pasta as directed, drain, and set aside. In a sautee pan, heat oil and toss with garlic, add CSH Italian Chicken Sausage (cut diagonally) and cook for 4 minutes. Add basil, tomato sauce, and bring to a low simmer for 10 minutes stirring often. Add parmesan cheese and toss with penne pasta. Andouille Jambalaya
Ingredients 1 pkg. CSH Andouille Sausage 1 lb. chicken breasts 1 tbsp fresh chopped garlic 3 tbsp CSH Venison Cajun Rub 1 red pepper 1 yellow onion 3 tbsp olive oil 4 cups chicken stock 2 cups white/brown rice 1 lg can crushed tomatoes green onions for garnish Directions Cut chicken into cubes and sautee with garlic, cajun seasonings, and olive oil until chicken is cooked halfway. Cut the andouille diagonally, the peppers and onions in strips, and add with chicken. Add the crushed tomatoes and chicken stock. Bring it all to a boil and reduce heat to low. Add rice and cover for 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Ingredients 1 pkg CSH Garlic & Herb Chicken Brats 1 red pepper 16 grape tomatoes 2 tbsp fresh chopped garlic 1 oz olive oil 2 oz fresh chopped basil 1 cup baby spinach 2 cups chicken stock 1/3 cup feta cheese 1 lb fettucine pasta salt and pepper 1/3 cup parmesan cheese Directions Cook pasta per instructions on package, rinse, and set aside.
