2/3 cup Grand Traverse White Wine 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar 3 Tablespoons Fresh Basil Chopped 3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped 1 Teaspoons Fresh Rosemary 1 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme 2 Cloves of Garlic Minced 1 Teaspoon Ground Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon Salt Mix all ingredients together and marinade choice of meat in the mixture overnight.
